In what areas do you accept cases? 
We serve clients throughout the province of British Columbia. Although we are based in Victoria, BC, we handle many cases up island, in the lower mainland, and the interior of the province.  Occasionally, our lawyers will make special arrangements to represent a client in another province or territory.

What kind of fees do you charge? 
We have several different fee arrangements available, generally depending on the type of case. 
» Criminal matters are often conducted on a flat fee basis, based on the charges faced and the amount of court time required. 
» Family law cases are usually charged on an hourly rate of between $250 and $400 per hour. The amount of time required for each case depends on many factors. Call the office and one of our lawyers can provide you with a no obligation estimate for your matter. 
» If you cannot afford a lawyer you may qualify for legal aid. We would be happy to help you in applying for assistance. 

Do you accept Legal Aid funded cases? 
Yes, we accept many legal aid cases.
