Roisin Neary received her Juris Doctor from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia. During law school, she assisted clients through the Indigenous Community Legal Clinic gaining hands on experience early in her legal career. In addition, she completed her Indigenous Cultural Competency Certificate to engage in cross-cultural learning opportunities and explore Indigenous perspectives on law.
Ms. Neary's practice is dedicated to criminal defense, appearing almost daily in either Provincial or Supreme Court. She is committed to building trust and confidence with her clients, ensuring their interests are respectfully protected at every stage of the criminal process, from bail hearings to trials and sentencing. Ms. Neary is a compassionate, yet tough advocate, and represents clients across a diverse range of cases.
