Timothy (TJ) Senko B.A., J.D.
Associate
Year of Call to the Bar of British Columbia: 2010
Law School: University of Victoria
T.J. has spent the better part of a decade focusing on family and child protection law. He currently does CFCSA and criminal trials. He completed his Bachelor of Arts degree at University of the Fraser Valley, with a major in Criminology and a minor in Applied Ethical and Political Philosophy. He obtained his LL.B. (since converted to a J.D.) at the University of Victoria in 2009.
T.J. comes from a family with a strong blue-collar background and his practice style reflects this. He understands the irreplaceable nature of family, the value of a dollar earned, and the importance of strong legal advice when facing the end of a relationship.
Although he believes that resolving matters outside of court is often the best approach, he understands that this is not always possible; he does not shy away from a courtroom when the situation calls for it and is comfortable drawing from his years of experience as a trial lawyer in both the Provincial and Supreme Courts of British Columbia.
At home, T.J. takes a hands-on approach to life. With his partner, he is kept busy raising a blended family of 6 children. His leisure time is devoted to outdoor pursuits; getting his hands filthy in the garage or around the house; and, going entirely too fast on his motorcycle.
*The facts of each case vary and results are based upon those facts.
